How do I create share links for files/folders?

Login to your IBackup account and select the files/folders that you want to share with others, using the check boxes. Click the 'Share’ icon and set the share options.

You can create ‘SSL Security Enabled’ links, password protect your files/folders to ensure that they are viewed only by the intended recipients, write-enable your files/folders so that others can modify them and upload them back to your online backup account etc.

Note: Sharing option is available for IBackup accounts with default encryption.

The Internet Service Provider's spam filter is removing IBackup share emails. What is the work-around?

IBackup has the provision to share data using the default built-in client or your own email client (like Outlook/Outlook Express/other email client). The option to 'Send using your email program' on the share page appears once you choose the necessary options to create the share.
